£150 a month. Automatic social posting is an optional £15 a month on top. Prices are in pounds sterling. Billing is monthly by card, handled by Stripe.
No. Graftday is a monthly rolling subscription. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
Cancel whenever you like from Settings, or by emailing hello@graftday.com. Your access runs to the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
We do not refund a month that has already started. If something has gone genuinely wrong on our side, email us: a person reads it, and where it is fair that can include putting money back.
Email hello@graftday.com and a person will reply, normally within two working days. We would rather fix a problem than argue about it.
A business invited through a referral link gets 30 days of full access, including automatic social posting, free. No card details are taken and nothing converts automatically: the trial simply ends unless you choose to subscribe. If you do subscribe, social posting is then the optional £15 a month unless you add it. One trial per business.
It is yours. You can export everything at any time as ordinary files: customers, jobs, invoices, and for waste carriers the transfer notes the law makes you keep. We do not hold records hostage.
